<span class="moz-txt-citetags">> </span>I re-installed my system after screwing it up last week, before that I had tried WineDoors which has an automatic installer for an older version of IrfanView (4.00), and I remember that after installing that, I had no trouble at all updating that to 4.23 (the current version). I could go that route again, but then it wouldn't help me in the long run - I'd like to get software to run by myself so I know what to do when the next program won't run.
