The solution involves deleting cache, wtf, and interface folders. Did you copy them from a previous WoW install? Are you using any addons?<br>

Also, are you running WoW from an ntfs partition? It's a known issue. (I did it without knowing about the issue and wound up having all sorts of strange crashes and file corruption. really, anything but ntfs should work.)<br>

Have you installed anything from winetricks? Might want to try running WoW with a different wineprefix, if you did. (Again, I had issues with the patcher and file corruption with something with winetricks installed.)<br>

</blockquote></div>This may be a long shot. Try using "launcher.exe" instead of "wow.exe". Some things will only work with the launcher. When it's done you can go back to using "wow.exe".<br>
