Here are the things that I have do , maybe they are useful for
someone<br>

I started again with a clean wine install (Now I am using wine1.3)<br>
After install wine and winetricks :<br>
<br>
winetricks mdac28<br>
winetricks jet40<br>
winetricks vb5run<br>
<br>
after these steps, I reinstalled the application from cdrom , and it
works !<br>
<br>

I verified that there is not network traffic to the server
(using wireshark)<br>
