NTDLL provides most of the services you'd expect
from a kernel. In lots of cases, KERNEL32 APIs are
just wrappers to NTDLL APIs. There are however,
some difference in the APIs (the NTDLL ones have
quite often a bit wider semantics than their
KERNEL32 counterparts). All the detailed functions
we've described since the beginning of this chapter are in fact
implemented in NTDLL, plus a great numbers of
others we haven's written about yet.
