+ Steps to reproduce:
+ 1) create empty file shell32.dll in the windows/system file
+ 2) change your settings for shell32.dll in the config file to:
+ "shell32"      = "native, builtin"
+ 3) run an application which uses this dll (I ran regedit.exe)
+ 
+ What happens:
+ Wine crashes
+ 
+ What should happen:
+ Wine should use builtin dll
