looks like you do not have permission to write to the root wine directory .chown
so that you own the directory.

cd ..\.. 

(so you are below wine root.)

chown -R owner:group wine-20021125 

(change ownership of all the files in the tree starting at wine-20021125, where
owner and group are you)
