Created an attachment (id=320)

image of how TC32 looks under wine20030709

Under wine-20030709 it now displays numeric characters in window, but
non-numeric characters (as letters) continue to be substitued by inverted "?"
characters. Also there is still a phamtom window named "TCMD Console 8" that
appears to be empty.
I'm using the standard config file that comes with this release of wine, no
additions to DLLOverides. It was a fresh install from scratch.

Console messages were as follows:

[cad at pc-2 TC32301]$ wine TCMD32.EXE
err:win:WIN_FindWndPtr window 0x10021 belongs to other process
fixme:console:SetConsoleCtrlHandler (0x4245ae,1) - no error checking or testing
yet
fixme:class:get_class_ptr reading from class of other process window 0x10021

My system is a Mandrake 8.1 w/. KDE 2.2.1 XFree86 4.1.0 glibc 2.2.4
