[Bug 1522] New: '-gstabs+' debug flag when building wine

When I build wine, even with '--disable-debug' given to configure, the flag
'-gstabs+' is given on the command line, thus giving a 100MB+ build of wine.
Could someone correct this, so mere users can compile a standard wine, which is
around 28MB ?
