I just tried to install from CVS and am seeing the same error... I can't even
get the registry to import (correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the "Could not
stat" errors can be ignored):

[jake at waldo regedit]$ ./regedit ../../winedefault.reg
Could not stat /mnt/fd0 (No such file or directory), ignoring drive A:

I did not use the --with-nptl option.
