Summary: Starting WIn32 binaries always fails
           Product: Wine
           Version: 20040309
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: wine-binary
        AssignedTo: wine-bugs at winehq.org
        ReportedBy: detlefp at family-proske.de
                CC: detlefp at family-proske.de

Using wine-20040309 on a FEDORA 1.0a-Linux and tried to start some
win32-binaries, such as lotus notes. Starting of the applications fails with an
error message ending with "Standard load address (0x04...) not available -
security patched kernel?". The kernel of my FEDORA was not patched anyway and is
still the original installed version. Not even any win32-binary could be
launched successfully, only Notepad is doing well.
