[Bug 3183] fixme:comm:SetupComm / fixme:comm:GetCommProperties

Hi,

Just did some more testing, the application is not hanging only it does not
want to communicate on COM1 (/dev/ttyS0)
And still the same messages fixme:comm:SetupComm and sometime
fixme:comm:GetCommProperties

Both bugs are probably harmless. I expect other functionality to miss. Run
with
Xhost +
 to get a better impression. If the application hang after a
WaitCommEvent() call, try the patches I sent to wine patches on sunday
