Steps to reproduce:

Visit the above site to download demo.

$ mv .wine .wine_old
$ wine --version'
$ winecfg (set global windows version to win98)
$ WINEDLLOVERRIDES="ole32=n" wine DCOM98
$ WINEDLLOVERRIDES="advpack=n" wine IE6Setup.exe
$ WINEDLLOVERRIDES="advpack=n" wine MDAC_TYP.EXE (v2.5 works)
$ wine LibertyInstall.exe

(run liberty.  press the "ticket writing" button to see error message.)
