There are a number of problems with games that use binkw32.dll for movies and 
intros. 
 
Theres a dead lock created when games switch from one intro to another, 
examples are  
The Increadables 
Pirates 
Crime Scene Investigation. 
more.... 
 
There are some performance issues with the video speed.
