[Bug 3828] New: wine fails to load apps that worked with older relases

I installed wine 0.9.1 and found out that apps that worked with wine before
(don't remeber version but it was < 0.9) stopped working.
ex: winrar
worked fine before now I get this:
wine WinRAR.exe

I am using FC x86_64 and copiled wine from source
