Around a year ago someone introduced a patch into Wine source tree which had
broken some WinRar (http://rarlabs.com/rar/wrar350.exe) behaviour. It happens
when you finish WinRar's Tools -> Benchmark and HardWare test.

Here's the console error (it's the only one in Wine-20050930):
