The latest ies4linux (20051004) fails again to open links in a new window on
wine 20050930.  The solution is to do a:

$ WINEPREFIX="~/.ies4linux/ie6" winecfg

and set mlang to builtin,native

Using builtin rpcrt4 and ole will cause this problem to resurface.
