I see strings LicenseViewed.dll, and CheckLicenseViewed in the msi file, so I
suppose this is some sort of a custom action/handler. If TRACE is enabled,
there's no mention of CheckLicenseViewed anywhere... I'm not sure where to look
to find it.

It would be helpful if there was some tool to extract info out of the msi file
into something more friendly..
