Hi, there seem to be 2 bugs while running the installer:
The "folder name is not valid"- bug is a duplicate of bug 3241.
For now you can bypass the bug by running with native comctl32. 
If i run with native comctl32 i get the "Access violation at address ..." as well.
When i run with native riched20 as well the installer runs just fine. So seems
to be another riched20 bug. Here's the output in the console:
