[Bug 3605] SourceInsight35 runs so slow

I found that ,when using wine to load sourceinsight or other program,the xfs
deamon was activated ,and it's cpu using percentage > 90%,and last a very long
time,perhaps the reason why sourceinsight running so slow is that wine uses xfs
service  and xfs used too many cpu time.
