Bug still exists.

Patch that caused the regression is

-- doesn't copy the bitmap correctly.

Jerry Jenkins' patch is

-- fixes the bug by using CreateCompatibleBitmap instead of CreateBitmap, but it
may not be what Windows does. Needs more testing.
