crashes on startup with the following message:
wine: Unhandled exception (thread 0009), starting debugger...

Attaching "normal" stderr output, as well as output with WINEDEBUG=+all,
WINEDEBUG=+relay, and WINEDEBUG=+relay,+snoop (last 100 lines each)
