I attempted an install of MAthCAD Version 8. It's an old version but the only
one I have. The installation failed pretty quickly. Here's what was in the terminal:

mark at lightning /mnt/cdrom $ wine SETUP.EXE

Read the Wine Developers Guide on how to set up winedbg or another debugger

NOTE: This is an AMD64 machine, 64-bit kernel, Gentoo
