OK, Firefox has crashed four times this morning 
with cvs as of last night.  This problem was probably
introduced in the last four days.
It's so bad I had to switch back to Linux firefox.
Most of the time I don't get anything in the log,
but the most recent time I got a stack dump (short, so I'll paste it here):
