[Bug 4975] REGRESSION: IE6 doesn't install with wine 0.9.11

I confirm the offending code.  IE6 installs successfully when you delete the
following in wine.inf (this is related to the fake dlls):

[FakeDllsSection]
shlwapi.dll
winhlp32.exe,winhelp.exe
crypt32.dll
