since the installer works in Windows, I'm guessing accessor.cab gets moved to
the AAO directory with the msi function MoveFiles, which isn't implemented yet,
as indicated by the +msi trace.

According to MSDN, MoveFiles must come after InstallValidate.

I'm not sure what all is involved in this process, if ValidateProductId is part
of InstallValidate, but it isn't handled either.
