[Bug 5850] New: oleaut32 -WinAmbulancia -cannot access any records

WinAmbulancia (see AppDB) works with medical records. If I try to enter any
pacient's record, I get an error: Runtime error 335. Could not access system
registry
After confirming the error message, app closes.

If native oleaut32.dll is used, it works correctly.
