Yes, Mike, it is available.  Michael is partially right.  Once I asked makers of
this dict. to sell this old version so I can debug it legally (I was using an
cracked version for a while), but they replied about not supporting and not
selling such old version.  So I guess, you can download it by not making any
harm to a company.

If that's sufficient to put a link into Bugzilla, give me a note.
