The installer for Red Alert 2: Yuri's Revenge displays its Software License
Agreement skewed to 45 degrees as if the width of the image is off by one.

I uploaded a screenshot to ImageShack:

I tried downgrading and discovered that 0.9.15 works while 0.9.16 and up slant it.

None of the in-game sprites nor anything else (that I noticed) in the installer
are getting skewed. I wonder what's so special about that text box.
