Downloading WPF/E from
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=A3E29817-F841-46FC-A1D2-CEDC1ED5C948&displaylang=en
and installing it with
msiexec /i install.msi
fails; the app says "your OS is not supported".
+msi shows there's probably an msi issue (see the line that
says syntax error):
