[Bug 4644] New: Quicken 2006 will not run after installation

Quicken goes through the install process without any problems.  Was even able to
complete the update.  When try to run receive following error message:

Your Quicken program files (not your data file) may have been damaged.

You will need to reinstall Quicken.
