There is no maintainer for Draken in the AppDB so the limited number of
Administrators would be the ones to read it and they just missed/ignored your
comment

Wine has it's own version of direct/x so there is no point in trying to install
the one supplied by the game. I would suggest that you select GDI and try it
that way. and start a new bug report if it does not work.
