Wrt the cursor, it will depend on whether the game sets a regular Windows cursor
with SetCursor() or a D3D cursor with IWineD3DDeviceImpl_SetCursorProperties().
My patches will only affect SetCursor(). I'll try to post some stuff to
wine-devel later today for feedback.
