While I understand your explanations, I think the performance penalty incurred
by running Starcraft at 16 or 24 bpp is obvious enough compared to previous
versions to leave the report open. Especially that the problem is likely to
affect other 8bpp titles, some of which are also on the top 10 (ex Diablo2,
which I'd try right away if I had it).
