Install Churchwindows 2005 Trial (see script
http://kegel.com/wine/cw.sh.txt -- you need MFC40, MFC42,
and WSH, and you have to remove a font).
Start it, enter TRIAL, and click through the one or two OK dialogs.
Then click on Membership / Members.  It will lock up.
