the install of the nasa "world wind" needs: 
.net which needs ie 
.directx manager 
 
I try to install ie6 sp1 with ie6setup.exe which i previously loaded: 
- i launch iesetup.exe: ok 
- i agree with licence terms: ok 
 
then i have an error window: 
 
windows update internet explorer: internet explorer and internet tools 
the installer program was not able to load required components 
verify you are connected to internet or try the install later 
 
 but i have the error message : no internet connexion
