[Bug 2748] Space Empires: Starfury fails to run

~/.wine was deleted, and game was reinstalled.  Installation was successful,
however running the game generates a number of "List Index Out Of Bounds: -1"
error messages, and finally this:

Access violation at address 0040561C in module StarFury.exe Read of address B59234C8

This is under wine 0.9.15
