hack to support rgba cursors (not very good solution)

This patch has huge problem that cursor has no transperant areals after
discarding alpha component. But at least it loads the cursor.

I'm testing this with Football Manager 2006 from CD-rom. The game isn't runing
yet because there is memory write access violation at startup but I'm using the
editor. http://appdb.winehq.org/appview.php?appId=1866 The game converts png
images to cursor format.
