Wine reports the following error when opening this piece of administration
software. This is 100% reproducable.

wine: Call from 0x9c206634 to unimplemented function
shell32.dll.SHIsFileAvailableOffline, aborting
wine: Unimplemented function shell32.dll.SHIsFileAvailableOffline called at
address 0x9c206634 (thread 001b), starting debugger...

After that wine aborts with a rather long trace which i'm not going to paste
unless asked.
