Hi, with current cvs:
rm -rf ~/.wine
wine
wine: creating configuration directory '/root/.wine'...
cp: cannot stat `/opt/wine/bin/../share/wine.inf': No such file or directory
wine: wineprefixcreate failed while creating '/root/.wine'.

I suspect this patch:

or i am doing something completely wrong......

(PS i've installed wine in /opt/wine)
