I noticed too from wine-0.9.16 onwards that Torment does not work any more. The
program can't for some reason create a ddraw surface (version 0.9.25):

fixme:d3d:IWineD3DDeviceImpl_GetAvailableTextureMem (0x17a150) : stub,
simulating 64MB for now, returning 64MB left
fixme:ddraw:IDirectDrawImpl_SetCooperativeLevel (0x179a48)->(0x10024,00000011)

IWineD3DSurface::GetDC failed with hr 80070006
