I don't have .net 2.0 installed and I can run the application. (It only crash
when I try to connect). It would be nice if you send me a patch version for 0.9.22.

system requirements (translated from: https://www1.produkte.web.de/messenger/):

- Pentium III 800 MHz or better
- Microsoft Windows 2000 (Service Pack 3 or higher) or Windows XP (Service Pack
1 or higher)
- at least 15 MB disk space
- Graphiccard with at least 800 x 600 pixel resolution, color depth at least:
High Color (16 Bit).
- DirectX Version 8.1 or higher (When you use Windows 2000 you may need a more
current version.
