This err:

err:msi:deformat_file Unable to get ShortPath size

is misleading and should be changed to a warn or trace.  It's not necessarily an
error when this happens.  We get this error because the file we're trying to get
the short path for does not exist.  In many installers, the file isn't supposed
to exist yet, so we just copy the long path.
