[Bug 7166] Quicken Premier '07 fails on startup

Had the same problem, did as suggested and moved MSVCR80.dll to the working
directory, I then had to download and install MSVCP80.dll to the system32
directory. Upon running Quicken I get the Quicken window appears but is in a
loop and get this output in console:
