Hi, just tested this again (the attached  
http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=1941&action=view), and after copying
the requested missing files the application asks for (msvbvm60.dll,
comdlg32.ocx,mscomctl.ocx and mscomct2.ocx) into system32, it just starts fine,
and i also could open a picture. So looks like fixed.

Jaroslav, if you still run into trouble , please reopen the bug
