Since 1631 "Sound underruns occur in directsound" got closed Im opening a new
bug.

Basically Sound works, but is very choppy, garbled and eats CPU time slowing
game down.

It´s actually a music tracker I´m using, not a game. You can download
Famitracker from http://famitracker.shoodot.net/files/ft_v026.zip and open a
.ftm file from http://2a03.free.fr/?p=pub&type=ftm to reproduce this.


Happens in games using Fmod.
