Hi I tried to look at this briefly just to make sure all my recent urlmon
changes weren't somehow responsible (which they were not). The program uses
ws2_32 for its communications, but interestingly with WINEDEBUG=+relay it does
download successfully, so it seems to be some kind of timing issue.
