For me only thing I was actually needed to make the program work was this
simple command:

wine notepad 'C:\windows\system.ini'

...And then I have added this in the drivers32 section:

MSACM.vorbis=vorbis.acm

Now everything works perfectly!

Changing summary to better reflect the problem.
