You need to fix /etc/hosts to point to your network IP for your host, not to
127.0.0.2. This is a problem with the way your game does networking, and will
break on windows with two network cards.

This is not a Wine bug. I'm closing your bug as invalid. If there is one thing
that's Wine's fault there, it's a lack of documentation. I'll see what I can do
in that respect.

If there are any other bugs in AoE3 for you, please open a new bug report.
