C++ 2005 runtime (version delivered with my software). This message appeared
every time C++ 2005 was trying to install, at the end I let this error running
through up to the next stage, but I have problems running it C++ to the end.

IT is in fact C++ 2005 (probably light version) coupled with .NET (installed
and running).
Since the 2 hang together, I can't exacly tell whether it is required by C++
2005 runtime or .NET, although I read that .NET is not using MEM_WRITE_WATCH.

Either way, my software is hanging without it. When I open one tools, it
doesn't find another tool tied with it (like the slave tool unable to open the
master tool).
