Be careful about the link, you added the link to the "freelance" (limited)
version.
It may be good for a start, but if we ever get over the memory problem,the
version I am using has more components.

On the freelance you have mainly:

Trados Workbench
Trados Tag Editor
Trados Multiterm
SDLX



On the professional you have:

Trados Workbench
Trados TagEditor
Trados Winalign
Trados converting tools for various documents 
SDL Trados Synergy
Trados Multiterm
SDL PerfectMatch

I will however concentrate in my tests on Workbench + Tageditor because
Workbench + word is expected to disappear in the next versions and TagEditor
can process document in the 2006 as well as in the 2007 Version.
Workbench + TagEditor cover at least 90% of the work of a translator using
trados. SDLX is a separate tool, covering the same as Trados but less popular.
The software is written in Java, so once we get over the basics (.NET + Visual
Basics), the other parts will come on their own.
